We offer everything from data collection to its utilization. Whether you need new scans through photogrammetry and LiDAR, or have existing 3D scanning data, we can seamlessly integrate and optimize it for your needs.

Reality capture and model creation: We can capture your site with photogrammetry and/or laser scanning, or work with your existing 3D scans. Additionally, we offer training on photogrammetric techniques and laser scanning. From the collected data, we create a 3D model optimized for web use.

Leveraging the 3D model: The model data can be exploited in various ways, including AI-driven automation. Objects and text can be recognized to automate tasks like mapping external data to specific locations. Information can also be manually added at key locations for familiarization and training. The models can also be modified to support change planning.

Twinverse web platform:
Our online service is designed for collaborative use of the models. No extensive training is required—our system is intuitive and user-friendly with accessible instructions. Users are not required to be seasoned 3D modeling experts. The platform is suitable for a wide range of users, from decision-makers to external workforce.

Asset information management

With the help of a 3D reality model you can connect asset data from your ERP, maintenance or asset management system to real-world assets. The model acts as a user interface, providing essential details like asset location, appearance, and surrounding environment, improving data accessibility and usability.

Maintenance and inspections

A reality model can streamline maintenance and inspection operations drastically. You can access inspection data, manage shutdowns and plan locations and hauling routes of maintenance equipment, like lifters. When you use location-related data through a reality model, you are virtually present at the place and see everything as if you were physically there. This helps you to understand the context of the data.

Layout changes and installations

Improve efficiency of layout planning and equipment installations by working in a shared 3D virtual environment. Test new equipment placement using dimensionally accurate volumes or CAD models, remove or relocate old machinery, and visualize how changes affect the space by virtually walking around the model. For new piping you can start with dimensioning volumes and replace them as soon as you get a CAD model from the designer. Stakeholders can review and provide feedback remotely, ensuring smooth implementation of changes. For installation planning you can check hauling routes for all equipment that needs to be moved.

Safety audits and training

Conduct safety audits and virtual trainings remotely. Both internal safety managers and external experts can inspect the site in collaboration using a virtual model, saving time and resources. Employees and subcontractors can be introduced to the site through virtual training, familiarizing themselves with safety protocols, site layouts, and emergency procedures—without visiting the site in person. This saves valuable time especially, when the whole production line needs to be shut down for maintenance.

Areal planning

With areal modeling you can make digital twins of outdoor areas like harbors, storage areas, districts or the surroundings of your building. Depending on the case you may use the digital twin to plan and visualize changes to stakeholders or integrate spatial information to enrich the model.

ABOUT US

Twinverse was founded in 2021 by three engineers from diverse backgrounds who shared a common ambition: to improve the efficiency of industrial processes through digitalization. In particular, they identified the frequent need for site visits to check various aspects as a significant problem. They saw digital twins and the metaverse as the solution, representing a major paradigm shift. This vision inspired the name of the company.

When developing industrial metaverse and digital twin solutions, it quickly became clear that site model fidelity is crucial in many use cases. While 3D point clouds offer a straightforward way to measure dimensions, segment objects and navigate environments, their limited detail doesn’t provide a true sense of presence or allow for viewing small elements like texts. To address these limitations, photogrammetry and photorealistic 3D meshes have always been at the core of our technology. Nonetheless, we are fully prepared to support your operations with our 3D web platform, regardless of the 3D data you choose to use.
