BIM-based models contain a lot of structural and technical information, but their outlook is typically non-photorealistic. If you want to see how the site looks in the real world, a scanned model is required. It is also possible to overlay information from BIM to the scanned model to see it in the reality-based environment.
Virtual presentation makes selling or renting you space much more efficient than going to the site together with a customer. 3D tools allow you to make small changes, like (re)moving interior walls, changing surfaces, planning lighting and adding furniture. This allows you to outline and visualize how the space could be renovated to correspond to the needs of the customer.
